Hotel refurbishments:
The Resident has recently refurbished its lounges and refreshed all rooms with hand-picked and often handmade British and European furniture. Each room has a concealed mini-kitchen and an in-room grocery service is available for guests.
Nights on Us Initiative:
Last year, The Resident announced that it would be offering 'Nights on Us' to nurses who worked on the frontline of the pandemic, as a thank you for their tremendous efforts. The pledged 2020 room nights and is encouraging ICU nurses from all across the UK to get involved. The initiative has been set up to provide complimentary two-night hotel stays to ICU Nurses, the biggest UK wide thank you for their services.
